For the last three years Liam has held a key role at the number one international CX search and selection business Customer Management Resourcing. CMR work closely with a range of leading global Brand-Owners, BPOs and Consultancies from offices in Manchester, Barcelona and Utrecht, where Liam is responsible for International Growth, Strategic Client Relationships and Executive Search.
