Nichola holds over nine years’ experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, managing the whole 360 degree recruitment cycle for a wide range of organisations from Enterprise and SME to Public Sector and Not for Profit covering from mid-senior up to executive level roles. She also worked in a Financial Services Contact Centre environment herself for several years while studying for her Psychology degree at The University of Manchester
This year Nichola project managed the Contact Centre industry’s 2019 Salary & Benefits Report. This involved designing a survey to analyse salaries, benefits and career move motivations and assembling a team together in order to roll this out to hundreds of candidates within the industry across the North West of England. Nichola then conducted the data analysis and from that CMR were able to produce and present the findings of the report at the Call North West’s Quarterly Forum. Here, Nichola and the Senior Leadership team were up on stage delivering key insights from the report to a large audience.
