Responsibilities:
-You will handle calls from customers who have any inquiries about the products and services offered, ensuring you are exceeding customers expectations at every opportunity, you’ll be helping to make customers’ car dreams come true
-You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and you will respond to requests concerning the mobility offer (subscription, purchase in cash, financing)
-You will advise customer’s current or future mobility needs (eg. selection of the appropriate car model) via email, phone and chat
-Make any required analyses to provide the appropriate response or escalate if necessary and ensure a positive experience for every customer
-With your empathy, you will support (potential) customers in their decision-making process, by identifying their needs and ensure that they are best taken care of throughout the process

-Outstanding customer engagement and communication skills with an eye for detail
-You will provide pre and post-sales support

-Organised & structured to be able to plan the working day and reprioritise when needed
-Able to work under pressure in a fast moving, ever-changing environment

What’s in it for you?
-25-26K/euros gross year
-40hours/week full time contract
-Monday-Saturday rotative, one weekend out/month – 8 am to 8 pm (rotative)
-Permanent Contract
-Office based – Central location in Barcelona
