Role Profile
The primary aim of this role is to support the Sales team in the creation and development of sales
opportunities. Through understanding new client’s business goals and strategy, the
Solutions Architect/ Bid Support Manager will develop the overall approach to new business opportunities by tying in technology, operational processes and their people approach. This role will be responsible for collating the bid response and ensuring that the solution meets the
needs of the new client.
This role will require collaboration skills and the ability to work to demanding deadlines across multiple different opportunities. This role will support in reviewing and editing content and work with the bid team members to produce a cohesive tender response. The Solutions Architect will provide wide ranging support to the sales team and wider
business.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist the bid team in developing a proposal structure focusing on the solution as the core element

Work with sales to design, influence and shape the client’s requirements into a solution that meets their business outcomes

You will help develop a strong understanding of the primary drivers of each bid, ensure all elements are accurately expressed and that submitted proposals are in-line with company strategies, policies, procedures and regulations

You will support in the development and management of opportunities from proposal through to go-live

The successful candidate will know how to navigate and build relationships in the contact centre/outsourcing industry

Manage stakeholder engagement including the mapping of proposals and ensuring a winning tender is developed

Drive the generation of proposals from initial contact through to win
What we need from you.

Degree qualified
-
Experience in outsourcing/contact centre industry
-
Bid writing and management experience
-
Business development experience
-
5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Accurate and methodical approach with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

Proactive approach in identifying problems and the ability to develop alternative solutions

Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines

Ability to work alone to drive projects forward, as well as part of a wider team out with your direct department
