Your New Company
On behalf of our client, an international BPO here in Barcelona we are looking for an experienced Contact Center Operations Account Manager to oversee our clients operations in Iberia and Latin America. The successful candidate will manage important client relationships and be the link between the client and operations teams ensuring the best-in-class service and achievement of contact center metrics and KPI´s.
Reporting to the Global Operations Director you will be responsible for:
– Managing two high profile clients across different markets and sites
– You will be responsible for communication between the operations teams and the client keeping them informed about the campaigns results & performance
-You will implement improvement measures to enhance the relationship with your key accounts and maintain an excellent relationship
-Create and identify cross-selling and/or upselling situations opportunities
-Indentify and suggest areas that can be improved in-house to achieve the contact center metrics & KPI’s
What success is made of…
– Desired – Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
– Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Junior Program Manager.
– Previous experience managing clientes in a call center environment.
-You will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage strong professional relationships
-You are results & client-oriented
-You pay attention to the details & data analytics
