Business Development Manager:

AI / Automation / Webchat / Chatbot / Software Sales

Location: Home based, Field Based, London Office plus some European Travel

 

Benefits

£60,000 – £80,000 base salary plus uncapped bonus (OTE + 100% of Base)

Working in the exciting world of AI and Automation our client provides award winning Digital Customer Experience solutions to help mid sized to large global corporate brands manage their customer journeys in more streamlined and current way.

 

Customer Experience today means Automation.  Gone are the days when customers demanded direct contact via the phone with an Agent.  Now we want automated responses that are fast, accurate and intuitive.  Our clients Chatbot service overlays into any businesses existing customer experience channels.  Its AI is market leading, the more access to systems it has the more services it can offer the customer.  Acting as a knowledge base it can answer queries about products and processes, it will help with orders and status updates and if all else fails route the person to the appropriate team saving time and money.

 

All businesses want these AI solutions, many have them in place but need to continually review their providers to make sure they provide the best in class experience for their customers.  Our client’s Webchat / Chatbot / AI solutions are cutting edge and they are seeking to capitalise on this hot market right now.

 

They are seeking a tenacious New Business Hunter to develop sales leads and win new logo business.  As Business Development Manager for their expanding UK team you will be a strategic networker who can development new relationships into sales and then manage those clients going forward.  Focusing on businesses up and down the UK and Ireland that could benefit from our clients AI/Chatbot solutions to enhance their customer journeys.  You will be supported by the team who will occasionally provide leads for you to follow up and will assist when presenting to clients, but you must also be able to work autonomously.

 

This role will be field based, home based and office based with some international travel to their head quarters in Europe.  It pays a great base salary plus uncapped bonus likely to double earnings.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have proven experience in prospecting & selling to highest level decision makers
  • Able to create and deliver effective sales strategies.
  • Logical, analytical thinking processes.
  • Ideally you will have experience in selling into Customer Experience channels, or software sales or AI / Webchat / Chatbot / Contact Centre technology sales.
  • A vibrant can do attitude
