Your New Company:
Business People Advisor:
As a Business People Advisor you will be responsible to provide and perform a specialized and wide administrative tasks in the human resources area, such as employment and labour relations giving advice and assistance about policies, procedures, documentation and legislation making sure all the required procedures are done in time and aligned with the Spanish labour legislation.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Compile and update employee records and documentation.
Deal with employee HR related requests, issues, advice, and regulations.
Coordinate with other department such as payroll or recruitment to ensure a smooth employee onboarding.
Prepare and deliver contracts: new employee, renovations, extensions, change of contracts.
Prepare and deliver other HR related documentation.
Manage the full lifecycle of the employee from an HR perspective not only internally but also externally by informing this to the competent authorities when necessary (absences, sick leaves, paternities, maternities, excedencias, other types of leaves, termination of contracts, change of conditions, etc.).
Prepare and provide regular reports to other departments.
Give internal support and advice regarding HR procedures.
What success is made of:
Knowledge of Spanish Labour law and Human Resources.
Native in Spanish and high level of English both in speaking and writing.
Good organizational skills and efficiency.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Previous experience in HR area
Knowledge of Meta4 software.
Knowledge of Social Security system.
Strong communications skills.
Degree in Human Resources, Labour relationships, Law or related.

Salary of 18.500€ gross per year
