The mission of our client is to be the preferred “Mobility Service Company” by offering alternative attractive solutions to vehicle ownership, with a wide range of mobility-related services: car-rental, vans and trucks rental, chauffeur services, car-sharing and peer-to-peer.

Our client is located in the beautiful city of Oeiras – Portugal since 2014. They handle and provide mainly financial services to the entire European group to harmonize and optimize their financial processes. Our client is growing fast and is, in terms of both processes and staff (more than 360 employees), becoming one of the biggest sites in Europe.

Your Responsibilities

The Collection clerk position is accountable for collecting the maximum amount of overdue funds from customers, which may include a variety of collection techniques, legal claims, and the selective use of outside collection services:

-You will stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts

-You will contact customers regarding overdue accounts

-You will process reasons for non-payment

-You will issue payment commitment letters

-You will issue credit hold notifications

-You will coordinate customer credit changes

-You will process small claims court complaints

-You will maintain accurate records about the customer payment status

What success is made of…

-You have completed High School

-You have 2 years of collections experience (desirable)

-You have experience working with Oracle Financials (highly desirable)

-You have good written and verbal communication skills

-You have high language skills: German (native) and Fluent English

-You have excellent customer service skills

-You have experience in a shared service environment (desirable)
