Our client is a start-up strategically based in different cities around the word and this opportunity sits within either their Munich or Barcelona site. Our client is on the hunt for a Community Lead with native level of German. They are a digital platform company, that connect clients with tech talent support whom provide guidance & support to customers that have purchased technology goods from retailers. 

Your Responsibilities

You main goal will be Customer Satisfaction:

-You will maintain day-to-day operations

-You will track operational performance and report on country and global forums

-You will coordinate tasks between clients and their tech supporters

-You will define, monitor and follow up on operational procedures

-You will interact with customers, buddies and suppliers, answer questions and resolve issues through email and phone

-You will support the launch of new products and services for all german markets

What success is made of…

-You have previous experience in a similar role (at least 1 year)

-You have a keen interest in technology goods

-You have excellent communication skills, and are client and problem-solving-oriented

-You are detail orientated

-You are Self-motivated & Pro-active
