Contact Centre Team Leader – Financial Services

We are working with a fantastic financial technology brand who are incredibly successful in their field. They now require an experienced contact centre team leader to help support and guide their fantastic team of dedicated and passionate people.

The team handle incoming calls from customers, complex queries and general back office support. We are looking for a team leader with a strong background in leading and motivating teams within a high volume, fast paced contact centre environment. The team leader will manage the day to day running of the team, individual and overall performance and efficiency of the team, reporting into the Operations Manager and other senior stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • You must have strong experience working within a contact centre team leadership role within financial services
  • You must have proven experience managing a team with a large workload, dealing with incoming calls in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • You must be willing to work hard to achieve the overall objectives for the department
  • You must be open and approachable to your team and able to offer support, identify training needs and have the ability to coach team members to improve their overall performance

N.B. You must live within a commutable distance from Dublin city centre. This position will be working from home temporarily due to Covid restrictions, but it will be office based thereafter.
