Your Responsibilities:

-You will be the first point of contact to handle and resolve costumer issues.

– You will respond professionally to inbound and outbound phone calls/ email /chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)

– Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented

– you will compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared

– You will proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.

– You will collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets

– You Will manage an individual ticket query.

 

What success is made of:

  • You have a Native or Proficient level of French + C1 English
  • You possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • You have Excellent multitasking skills and has the ability to shift to chat & social media support and various systems when needed.

–   Working shifts from Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

  • Monthly Base salary o 830€ per 14 months
  • Meal allowance paid in voucher card of 7,23 € per working day
  • Signing Bonus  of 2000€ (Paid in 2 times 50% after 1st month of contract and 50% after 3 months contract)
  • Extra bonus of 100€ monthly
  • Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months contract)
