Our client is looking for employees with a native/high level of German Speakers to strengthen their vibrant and motivated support team. Our client is a new company operates in Portugal and it is a customer care company helping organizations create a better “Customer Experience’’. You will build and manage high-performance focus on delivering a premium level of customer experience to their customers. Tthey are looking for passionate and proactive people that want to make a difference.

This is an Home position so you can be anywhere in Portugal!


Your Responsibilities:

  • You will work collaboratively with consumers to answer information requests and resolve queries
  • You will deliver exceptional, client-centred resolutions in a timely manner
  • You will offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat and social media
  • You will develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
  • You will embrace the company values and acting as a brand ambassador


What success is made of…

  • You’re able to speak, read and write German to a native/high level (C1)
  • You will have a good level of English (B2-C1)
  • You have previous experience in the BPO / Call Center industry (is a plus but not mandatory)
  • You have an Excellent communication skills
  • You’re passionate and hardworking
  • You’re looking for a long term career woth opportunities to grow
