We are working with a fantastic fintech brand who are incredibly successful in their field. They are now looking to expand their team with experienced customer service advisors to handle incoming calls from customers, complex queries and general back office support.

Job Requirements

You must have experience working within a contact centre role within financial services, dealing with incoming calls in a high volume, fast paced  environment. 

You must be willing to work hard and as part of a team
