Customer Service & Fraud Advisor  

Edinburgh

Salary £22,000 – £27,000 based on experience

Full Time, Permanent

Working hours – shift patterns will include morning, evening and weekend work on a rotational shift basis

As part of the fraud team, you will become multi-skilled and work across the banking functions to help us build what we aim to be an industry leading customer operation.

You will receive an ongoing, industry leading training programme to equip you with a broad curriculum of experiences and knowledge.

These roles will provide the opportunity to gain a breadth of knowledge, perspectives and experience across different fraud specialisms whilst retaining the opportunity to support customers directly.

 

THE ROLE:

  • Respond to multi-channel customer queries
  • Identify fraudulent activity, investigating and managing fraud cases
  • Manage non-fraud customer calls, collaborating with your team and cross-skilling

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre position, ideally in Fraud Investigation
  • Customer service experience, phone based. Multi-channel preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Empathetic and problem solving
  • Strong muti-tasking skills with excellent workload management
