Your New Company:
Our client is a very important multinational foods and beverages services company, they are looking for a motivated person to join their team in Milan. They are specifically seeking applicants with native level of Italian and fluent level of english, additional languages is a plus.
In your role, you will actively focus on oversee the contact centres quality assurance programs, providing strategic input and increase customer experience. You will design training programs, establishing standards that govern customer interactions and implement monitoring program.
What success is made of…
– 2/3+ years experience in training in a dynamic and fast environment
-Demonstrated experience in conducting adult classes
-Excellent skills in providing training material and attention to the customer experience
-Great attention to details and strong ability to manage stakeholders
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-You have a native italian level and an advanced level of English
