If you have a good level of German + English, motivation, you like dealing with customers and you have a good level of written skills, this opportunity to work in a great Call center team, is for you.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will Act as a single point of contact for live chat and Social Media from users
  • regarding their orders/ queries
  • You will Live Chat and Social Media Support, like Facebook Messenger, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc.
  • You will Delivering fast, efficient and friendly service assisting customers with their immediate needs
  • You will Immediately deal with or escalate suspected or recognized customer issues as per defined procedures
  • You will Achieving Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s) whilst maintaining excellent quality
  • You will Adhering to client and customer procedures, policies, confidentiality guidance and data protection legislation
  • To ensure that breaks are pre-approved by SME, Team Leader or Manager
  • You will Promptly escalate unresolved cases to the resolution support team
  • You will maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles

What success is made of:

  • You are available to work in Romania/Timisoara
  • You have a C1 level of German and B2 in English
  • You are available to work with Flexible rotative shifts: 7am-11pm with 5 days working (either of with any combinations that can be made)
  • You have +2 years of experience or less experience in task related
  • You have Sales skill and experience of Retail is an advantage
  • You have Excellent multitasking skills and has the ability to shift to chat & social media support and various systems when needed
