Your New Company:

Our client is a fashion e-commerce brand based in London and founded in 2010.

They have stores in Barcelona, London and Paris and their primary focus is their online store proposition. 

Their main markets are USA; UK; France and Northern Europe.

They design and create shoes and bags and have recently launched clothing into their offering.

As a result of their growth they now need to recruit a Fashion Customer Service Experience Coordinator for their office in Portugal, as their Customer Experience team are located close to their warehouse.

 

Your Responsibilities:

-You will report to the E-commerce Manager and the Brand-Manager

-You will be the point of contact for online direct customers through email, social media, and phone support

-You will be responsible for the experience and communication of dealing with exchanges and returns, always aiming to maintain a low returns rate while encouraging customer loyalty and retention

-You will be an advocate for their customers and work to continuously communicate their feedback to the appropriate teams in the organization

-You will coordinate the online fulfillment with their warehouse

-You will assist with order management flow and E-commerce operations as needed. 

-You will collaborate with other members of the team to identify trends and key group interests and concerns and provide advice on business decisions. 

-You will ensure all repair and service orders, customer order requests (including sale process and shipping) are managed and completed in a timely manner

 

What success is made of…

You have previous experience (minimum 1 year) in a retail and e-commerce customer service environment

-You are comfortable working in a small team and in a fast-paced environment

-Strong organizational skills, proactive, creative, and a self-starter 

-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  

-Offering a personable approach and ability to work with and get the best out of a team. 

-Interested in on-trend fashion
