Our client is looking for a high-judgment individual to join their team as Fraud Investigator, to evaluate transactions and safeguard global customer base, profitability and brand while maintaining a high bar of customer experience. They are specifically seeking applicants with fluent German language skills to support their global operations team, however you will be supporting the English speaking country- business as well.
Your Responsibilities
-You will communicate effectively via email and/or telephone with our customer base buyers, merchants and internal customers;
-You will take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends;
-You will consistently achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards;
-You will participate in ad hoc projects/assignments, as necessary;

-You are Fluent in both German and English (both written and spoken);
-You have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
-You are self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented;
-You have strong organizational skills and a positive, result-oriented attitude;
-You are a Team player;
-You have the ability to effectively manage time and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority; -You have flexibility with regards to working hours and will be working Saturdays or Sundays as part of your normal 5 day shift;
