Inside Sales Manager (B2B)
Up to £45K salary + OTE

CMR are proud to be working with this leading B2B software company, who offer both integrated and cloud software solutions to clients within professional services. They are looking to hire an experienced Team Manager for their Inside Sales and Account Management team.
This will be based at their Manchester office, in the heart of the City Centre.
You will lead your team to success, being responsible for sales performance, training, and revenue from effective outbound activity to bring in new opportunities, cross selling & upselling, through to closing business.
This role needs an inspirational Sales leader, with previous success managing an inside office-based sales team.
You will be commercially focused, training your team with “best practise” in Inside Sales. You will motivate and monitor performance, including 1-2-1 coaching, training and team meetings.
Liaising with Senior stakeholders, you will prepare reports, forecasting and analysis of opportunity against targets.

What do we need from you?
- Previous experience managing a B2B inside sales / telesales / account management team.
- You need to demonstrate a strong track record in sales revenue
- Experienced in implementing best practise and processes
