Solutions Developer

£50,000 Per Annum

Permanent-Remote

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Solutions Developer to join a rapidly expanding business based remotely with some travel across the UK. You will be responsible for designing and delivering end to end solutions. Solutions will include conversational A.I (chat bots and digital assistants) omnichannel contact centres the technical pre-sales activity, and the design and delivery of business-critical digital Customer Experience implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands- on development of automated Contact Centre solutions
  • Build and develop prototype or productionised solutions for demo purposes.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally to translate user stories into exceptional contact centre solutions
  • Work closely with the wider internal team to contribute to bid documentation and presentations
  • Identify opportunities for automation within the client operation/
  • Leverage new technology and capabilities into existing development designs
  • Product effective clean code based on a design and client specification, work with developers to design algorithms, upgrade, and debug existing software, allow integration with third-party programs.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation to support Contact Centre solutions and designs.

Experience Required:

  • At least five years’ experience in a hands-on development role with front and backend development expertise.
  • Experience of working within a Contact Centre- you must have a solid understanding of automation, contact centre channels, front line contact centre roles, insight and analytics
  • Successful delivery of ChatBots / VoiceBots and automation across contact centres and operational business units.
  • Process mapping experience
  • Strong understanding of Contact Centre Technology including cloud-based platforms (Genesys Cloud, NICE InContact, Amazon Connect)
  • Low code/ no code solution capabilities (Machine Learning, database design and development, API design and development)

Desirable Experience:

  • Natural Language Processing
  • .Net application build and development
  • HTML, Angular JS, SQL Server
  • Team Foundation Server, application development using MVC, C#, Oracle
