Due to increased demand for our service, we are in the hunt for a Talent Delivery Specialist (Recruiter) to join our team at Customer Management Resourcing (CMR) in Barcelona.

Your Responsibilities

-You will support our senior consultants with all tasks associated with delivering a world class recruitment service to our clients

-You will advertise your open vacancies (website, socials & job boards when applicable)

-You will pro-actively search for the best talent on the market and conduct telephone screening & interviews

-You will support your clients in managing candidates (preparing reviews, organizing interviews, providing feedback whilst assisting your clients with a consultative attitude (Providing expertise and local market knowledge)

-You will effectively manage CMR software, applications, and databases

-You identify prospective and new opportunities with existing clients and potential new clients
