Role: Workplace Specialist w/ Native level of Dutch
Industry: Payroll, HR, SaaS
Location: Hybrid – Amsterdam office
Key Languages: Native level of Dutch+ English C1
Tasks:
- Ensure the workspace is attractive & functional for all employees
- Being the point of contact with different kind of providers (from catering to IT providers)
- Coordinate catering and food and beverage ordering and delivery
- Be in charge of inventory, order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Serve as a lead on local office initiatives, including onboarding, events, office build-outs, designs, or renovations
- Facilitate, empower and collaborate with employees across the organisation to organise events / initiatives
- Oversee the travel and stays process
- Budget management. Process facilities-related invoices and purchasing card expenses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of work experience (in a similar role is a plus);
- Fluency in Dutch and good level of English;
- Good organising skills;
- You are proactive and able to work independently
- Living in the Netherlands
