North West’s Salary and Benefits Report:

CMR are delighted to announce the launch of the Contact Centre Industry’s, North West Salary & Benefits Report 2019. In order to create this report, we have been working hard over the last few months, surveying North West based Contact Centre Advisors, Team Managers and Operations Managers, covering salaries, benefits and career move motivations.

Our Salary & Benefits Report 2019 will drive the Contact Centre industry conversation and will help to ensure that employers within the Contact Centre industry are offering fair salaries, benefits and opportunities to their employees.

What to expect:

The Forum will be covering ‘6 Recruitment Strategies for successfully recruiting future talent’ along with the North West’s Salary and Benefits Report 2019 which will reveal key insights as to what contact centre employees value most from their employers as well as key career move motivations and what organisations can be doing to reduce attrition. This will be a genuinely unique forum and a great opportunity for some real insight as well as sharing best practice.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided and for those who would like to stick around to network afterwards, we have a nearby bar reserved with complimentary drinks for our guests!
