Our Executive Search Practice is growing rapidly and we are now delighted to be working exclusively with a leading global, innovative and entrepreneurial Management Consulting firm looking to make numerous hires for their Customer Contact Digital Transformation team in the UK.
The key roles are for candidates who have led Transformation / Contact Centres and be able to evidence successful change. Consulting experience is not necessary but you must display strong client facing and development skills.
Due to the entrepreneurial nature of the firm, there is significant scope for development and progression. Applicants can be based anywhere in the UK but be prepared to travel to London or client sites, as required.
Other assignments I am currently working on include CTO roles in the UK & US, Chief Product Officer US, Global Account Director role for a leading services vendor (based anywhere globally), CX Director and Head of Customer Service role for a PLC, EMEA.
