As the next step in our organic growth story and to help us deliver against our plan to be THE leading CX related talent business in all markets, CMR group are excited to welcome Sam Malik into our UK business to build out our ‘top end’ proposition, develop and take to market a range of research-led services to our portfolio of market-leading, international clients.
Sam has extensive experience in Executive Search, Talent Consultancy, HR and Coaching, operating at a global level. She has successfully delivered on senior level search appointments, as well as large-scale succession planning and coaching assignments across Europe, Americas and APAC. An area of focus for Sam has been her work on Diversity & Inclusion, assisting clients with their D&I programmes.
An Economics graduate, Sam also has a teaching qualification and a postgraduate in coaching. She is passionate about people development, human behavior and psychology and is a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists.
